Booking Confirmation details
To confirm your holiday booking we require a deposit of $200- ($500- Mid & High season) payable by credit card.
We will also accept a cheque providing there is adequate time for the
cheque to be cleared.
Balance of stay is payable on arrival.
We will confirm your accommodation in writing and/or email upon receipt of
your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of $75- will be charged upon cancellation of a booking with the
balance of the deposit being refunded.
If the booking is cancelled LESS than 30 days prior to arrival date there
will be no refund unless the apartment can be re-let for the total period
of the original booking.
Note: There will be no refund for an early departure. We strongly suggest that Travel Insurance be taken out. |

Smoking Policy
All of our apartments are smoke-free. If you wish to smoke please do so
outside or on the balcony.
Pets
Sorry no pets allowed on the premises.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard,Cheque, Cash, Eftpos & Direct Deposit.
Cleaning & Linen
- For bookings of 8 days or more a mid stay service will apply.
- Long Stay apartments will be serviced weekly.
- Additional services can be provided at an extra cost.
